shipping didn't take up to a week so it was fast. Seller communication was excellent. she kept in touch throughout till the hair was delivered. Hair is nice and soft, wish I had ordered a 4th bundle for a much fuller head as I love my hair to be really full. No shedding when I ran my hands through it about 5 times.will leave an additional review once I get it installed and see how it holds up.
