he hair is full and true to length. I order a 12 inch it took about 4 days to receive package. It comes with a bag for the wig a stocking cap and the wig of course. LADIES this lace is medium brown. Overall I'm pleased with the pricing and the product. The seller communication was great. (I order two wigs they shipped out together). No long wait time
